Our average turnaround time is an industry leading 7 business days, however, we strive to deliver faster than that. Either way, we keep you informed every step of the way as to when you can expect your deliverables.

Do you require a contract?
No contract is required. Instead, we use a short memorandum of understanding, so you know what to expect.
Do you have minimum monthly order requirements for settlement agents?
No we don’t. We believe that all settlement agents, both large and small deserve access to the best title products.
Is there a maximum number of monthly orders you can process?
With the proper planning in place ahead of time, we’re able to meet the needs of most settlement agents. Just give us a heads up and we’ll fulfill your requirements accordingly.
